Proposal for Moore · for Warda Douai, Fleet Coordinator

Home and on-the-go charging for 600 EVs, ready for 1,000.

Moore charges at home and publicly, not at the office. That is what this proposal is about: fast home installations via a self-service request, a charging card that works within two business days, an adjustable price cap per kWh, and one overview for ten companies. See immediately what that costs, with fixed unit prices, or start small with a trial of the charging cards.

Proposed by Cihan Kranda, Blulinc · all amounts are excl. VAT, indicative until official quote

Situation analysis

What we have understood from Moore

Summary of the conversation with Warda Douai. Figures as provided, yet to be confirmed with the device list and the list of companies.

Moore is a group of ten companies, each with its own VAT number and invoicing. The vehicle fleet consists of approximately 1,000 cars, of which 600 are electric. Over time, the entire fleet of 1,000 cars will go electric, which will significantly increase the demand for charging solutions in the coming years.

Charging happens mainly at home and on the go. Moore has more than 70 offices, usually with a landlord who has their own charging infrastructure. Therefore, this proposal focuses solely on home charging installations and charging cards for public charging.

Today, there are approximately 400 home chargers with 50five, of which ±80% are Alfen (±320 units) and the rest are Smappee and other brands. About 70% are in Flanders, and 30% in Brussels and Wallonia. Warda expects ±100 new home installations per year.

Today

Charging at Total and several other networks is not possible.

With Blulinc

New: connect via the car

Reimburse home charging without a new charger

The employee connects their car instead of a charge point. Blulinc reads home charging sessions directly from the car and settles them through split billing, even when a charger from another brand is already installed.
1
Connect the car

In the Blulinc app, the employee connects the car through the car brand account. Once, in a few minutes.

2
Confirm home address

The home address is registered, so only sessions at that address count as home charging.

3
Automatic sessions

Each home session is read from the car with kWh and time, without a card or any action.

4
Reimbursement

Settled monthly at the agreed rate, on the invoice of the right company.

When to connect via the car

  • ✓Rented home where the landlord does not allow a charger, so the employee charges with a cable
  • ✓Employee lives in the parental home, where no charger may be installed
  • ✓Existing charger that cannot be taken over for practical reasons and is not yet due for replacement
  • ✓Fast start: reimbursement runs from connection, without waiting for an installation

Dedicated contact for your fleet

Warda and the fleet team get one dedicated contact person, not a ticket number in a call centre. Employees with a question about their charger or card are helped directly by the helpdesk, without fleet having to intervene.

We resolve most issues remotely

We see every charger live. A restart, firmware update or configuration is done remotely, often before the employee even notices that something was wrong.

Why this matters for Moore

The complaints about the current support (long waiting times, no follow-up, cards without an app) from 600 drivers end up with the fleet department. A partner that scores well publicly on accessibility takes that work away from Warda and her team.

Volume discounts on installations (tiered or via commitment) will be determined in the official quote; discounts on charging rates will be discussed after a few months of volume insight.

Volume discount on charging cards, annual payment cheaper

The normal price of a charging card is €60 per year. Moore starts at €48 per year, and the more users, the lower the price per card. Paying monthly costs 10% more than paying annually.
